Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy

We run a quick real-time stock check before you pay, so surprise cancellations are rare. If something isn’t right, just email support@orlonow.in within 24 hours with a photo—we’ll make it right with a replacement or refund (perishables & hygiene items aren’t returnable unless spoiled on delivery).
