An electronic invoice will be generated for every successful transaction and sent to your registered email ID. If a transaction fails after debiting your account, the debited amount will be automatically refunded by the respective payment processor within the timelines prescribed under applicable laws. Refunds will typically be processed within 5–7 business days, subject to bank and payment-gateway processing timelines.

The parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through good faith discussions;
If discussions fail to resolve the dispute within thirty (30) days, the matter shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The arbitration shall be conducted by a sole arbitrator mutually appointed by the parties, in English, with the seat and venue at Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India.
Subject to the arbitration provisions, the courts of Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
Nothing in this clause shall restrict or limit your rights as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
